What is the NFL game of the week for Week 15??

New Orleans @ Baltimore
Green Bay @ New England
Philadelphia @ New York Giants
Jacksonville @ Indianapolis
New York Jets @ Pittsburgh
(please note I used relevance to decide which game was the best/most enticing to watch)

..this was a sportsnation poll last night and I was SHOCKED to see the results of the supposed "best game of the week" by the american public.  Apparently, the best game here is Philadelphia @ NYG according to 40+% of the public.  It is quite ironic here that the answer I voted and the correct answer was voted the least by the public (Sportsnation F grade for drafting Chris Johnson with the 24th pick...oh no not AGAIN).  Does this surprise me? No. What the american public doesn't know is what makes them the american public.    (..tommy boy quote if you caught it)

The best game here is clearly New Orleans @ Baltimore (15% of the vote).  You have the best team in the NFC (if you don't think so, you're wrong) vs the Baltimore Ravens (#3 vs #5 in the power rankings). I don't know how else to explain it. That's the answer.  A great defense vs an explosive offense.  If this game was in New Orleans I would clearly take the Saints but since it is in Baltimore this game will be decided by 3 pts or less.

The next best game is (unbiased) the New York Jets @ Pittsburgh Steelers.  I see the Steelers winning this game and this is the game that has been on my schedule the whole year.  As you can see, two of these teams are on my poll of who will win the Super Bowl...thus making it quite an important/exciting game.  I would rate it less important than the Ravens/Saints because the Jets don't have what it takes to win the Super Bowl (anymore) mainly because of Mark Sanchez's ineptitude.  Thus, the Ravens and Saints (what NFC team means in the Super Bowl poll) is more of an important and better game because the Steelers could dominate the Jets...but unlikely Steelers 20 Jets 13

The third best game of the week is Green Bay @ New England.  I believe this is a better game (on paper) than the Jets/Steelers but I could see the Patriots winning by at least a TD so it won't be that good of a game.  The Packers are a very good team but the Patriots are a force to be reckoned with.  The Packers have too many holes for any playoff run and this is not the year for Mr. Rodgers.

Finally, Cedric Benson is selected with the fourth pick of the NFL draft.  This is the game that received 40% of the american public vote for the best game of the week.  The game is Philadelphia @ New York Giants.  I believe this game received the highest because of the two large markets in Philadelphia and New York...well at least I hope so.  This is a great game.  Yes.  Will it be close?  Yes.  Then why isn't it the game of the week? Relevance.  I can not fully deny the Philadelphia Eagles a chance of the Super Bowl because of Michael Vick, but I could very well see the New York Giants taking this game from the Eagles making the Eagles a wildcard team and almost eliminating the chance of the Eagles winning the Super Bowl.  New York Giants fans...sorry no Super Bowl for you this year. Your team is not elite. Maybe next year.

Game 5: JAX @ IND....despite all of the injuries I still see Indy winning this game over the bullshit non for real Jaguars.  Let's Go Sheriff!!

Wrap-Up
1) NO @ BAL (elite vs elite)
2) NYJ @ PIT (former elite vs elite)
3) GB @ NE (top 10 NFL team vs elite)
4) PHI @ NYG (almost elite vs top 10 NFL team)
5) JAX @ IND (Not relevant this year..sorry Peyton)

-using Kindergarten math you can evaluate and determine a game with elite teams is better than a game with non-elite teams.
